Elizabeth Walls, 92, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 5th, in Nesquehoning.  She was the widow of the late Robert R. Walls, who passed away in 1992.  Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (Zanzel) Barno.   She worked for many years as a waitress and bartender in local restaurants, and was also a co-owner of the former "K" supermarket in Nesquehoning.  She was a social member of the Nesquehoning V.F.W. and the Sokol Citizens Club of Nesquehoning.  She was of the Catholic Faith.  "Liz"  was a friend to many and will be sorely missed.

Surviving is a son David Kunzweiler of Nesquehoning, a daughter Karen Hubbard and husband Reynolds of Alexandria VA, grandchildren Haily and Evan Hubbard, and nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a son Jack, brothers Dan Barno, Joe Barno, Andy Barno, Steve Barno and by sisters Irene Ditzel, Margaret Praschak and Helen Brunda.
