Laurie J. Healey, 65, of Jim Thorpe PA, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 5th, at Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown PA.  Born in Brooklyn NY, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Angela (Toro) Franzese.  She relocated to Jim Thorpe approximately 22 years ago.  Although she worked at several part time jobs over the years, her primary focus was raising her children and grandchildren, that was what she cared about the most in life.  She will be sorely missed.

Surviving are daughters Melissa Betz and husband David of Jim Thorpe and Kimberly Healey, also of Jim Thorpe, a sister Grace Basile of Brentwood NY, grandchildren Kadence Healey, Madelynn Healey, Abigail Betz, Benjamin Healey and Brooklyn Betz.  She was predeceased by a brother Thomas Franzese.
