Mary Ann (Hydro) Galgoci, 57, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving family on Sunday at her residence.  She was the wife of the late Richard Galgoci, who recently preceded her in death on November 19th.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Vincent Hydro Sr. and the late Joan P. (Ulshafer-Haldeman) Hydro.  Mary Ann worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse, having graduated from the Carbon County Vocational Technical School and then worked for many years at the former Dr. Sahoo Medical Office.  Mary Ann was of the Byzantine Catholic Faith and was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Nesquehoning.  Mary Ann enjoyed reading about the Civil War, Native American history and Church history.  She will be sorely missed by all.

Surviving in addition to father Vincent Hydro Sr. of Nesquehoning are a son Matthew D. of Summit Hill, a daughter Christina Marie DeVore and husband Andrew of York PA, brothers Vincent Hydro Jr. and wife Nanette of Jim Thorpe and James M. Hydro of Easton PA, sisters Irene, wife of Scott Downey of Harrisburg PA and Ann, wife of Jim Yusella of Summit Hill, a granddaughter Stella DeVore and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was pre-deceased by a granddaughter Katarina DeVore.
