Mary M. Mason, 70, of Nesquehoning PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 16th, at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of Matthew M. Mason, and was married for 25 years.  Born in College Park, MD, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Vera (Jaynes) Moritz.  Mary enjoyed gardening, crafts, quilting, cooking and being with her family, she will be sorely missed.  Surviving in addition to her husband Matthew is a son Marcus Rumke of DE, daughters Monica Maury of PA, Mikel Devine of Blakeslee PA, Eva Koch of Nesquehoning, sisters Elegia Charles of WV, Julia Steinat of TN, Jean Cline of TN, five grandchildren and one great grandson.  She was predeceased by brothers Michael M. Moritz and Christopher J. Moritz.

Services will be private at the request of the family.  Services and arrangements have been placed in the care of the Bruce A. Nalesnik Funeral Home, 57 West Center St., Nesquehoning PA.
