Oliver J. Mayberry Jr., 75, of Nesquehoning, formerly of Pottstown PA, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday at the Orwigsburg Center in Orwigsburg PA.  Born in Pottstown PA, he was a son of the late Oliver J. and Arlene (Tyson) Mayberry.  He worked a Fireman Driver for the Phillies Fire Dept. in Pottstown for many years and also did HVAC/Heating work.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Lutheran Faith.

Surviving is a son David Moyer and wife Angela of Pottstown, daughters Wendy, wife of Frank A. Shubeck of Nesquehoning and Denise, wife of Frank Pinter of Fleetwood PA, a Brother Leroy and wife Evelyn of Boyerstown PA and a Sister Annetta Weller of Boyerstown PA, grandchildren Frank Shubeck Jr., Ashley Nixon, Bradley Doudna and Cassidy Moyer, and a great granddaughter Madilyn Nixon.

Memorial Services for Oliver will be on Monday, December 28th at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce A. Nalesnik Funeral Home, 57 West Center St., Nesquehoning PA 18240.  A calling hour will be held on Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.  Online Condolences may be expressed on www.nalesnikfh.com.
